Make.com Automation: data standardization from multiple files formats

I'm seeking an expert in Make.com and Airtable to automate the import, processing, and integration of my suppliers commission files. These files, coming in various formats (PDF, CSV, XLSX), are currently collected in Airtable as attachments.
Key requirements:
- Automate the handling of up to 20 different files, once or twice a month
- Ensure data from diverse formats is standardized
- Streamline the reconciliation process for accuracy and efficiency (test for duplicates)
- Record a log for each import
Others:
- Trigger by status change or button in Airtable
- Supplier's company will appear in each file name
- Some files just list the monthly entries, others will list every entry from the ongoing year
