MailChimp EDM & List Management
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I build specialist homes for people with disabilities and rely on regular email campaigns to keep support coordinators and other sector professionals up-to-date. All content—property features, images, floor plans and key specs—will come from me; what I need is a MailChimp expert who can turn that material into polished, professional-looking EDMs and make sure they reach the right inboxes every week (occasionally every second week).
The job breaks down into three ongoing tasks:
• Template creation & refresh
– Design a single, brand-aligned MailChimp template that’s clean, accessible and mobile-responsive.
– Use merge tags so each send can be populated quickly with the next property’s details.
• Campaign build & dispatch
– Swap in the new property information I supply, schedule the send, and monitor delivery, opens and clicks.
– Provide a concise performance snapshot after each campaign so I can see what’s resonating.
• List hygiene & upkeep
– Process automatic replies and hard/soft bounces, remove or update records when workers change organisations, and keep the database compliant with unsubscribe requests.
– Maintain segments so repeat mail goes only to engaged, up-to-date contacts.
Acceptance criteria
– Template renders correctly in major email clients and on mobile.
– Campaign metrics and cleaned list delivered within 48 hours of each send.
– Bounce rate kept below industry average; no duplicate or invalid addresses left on file.
Everything happens inside my existing MailChimp account, so familiarity with its automation, segmentation and reporting features is essential. If this sounds straightforward, let’s keep these homes front of mind for the people who need them.
