MagicBricks-Style Property Listing Portal

Job ID: 39932995

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I want to develop a full-scale web portal that mirrors the core experience of www.magicbricks.com while remaining completely custom in design and code. The site’s primary role is property listing, and it must comfortably accommodate Residential, Commercial, Land/Plots and PG/Hostels categories from day one.

Key user flows revolve around two parallel paths:
• Individual owners, builders or agents who can register, upload photos, enter property details and manage every aspect of their own listings, including edits, renewals and paid upgrades.
• An admin panel where my internal team can add, edit or moderate listings on behalf of users who prefer not to self-manage, as well as oversee user accounts, payments and analytics.

Search and discovery should feel as fast and intuitive as MagicBricks—dynamic filters, location-based suggestions, map view, price sliders, and keyword search are essential. Mobile-friendly responsive design is non-negotiable, and I’ll need clean integration points for future Android/iOS apps (REST or GraphQL API).

Core deliverables
1. Front-end UI/UX built with React, Vue or a similarly modern framework, fully responsive.
2. Robust back-end (Node.js, Django or Laravel preferred, but open) with secure user auth, role management and scalable database design.
3. Listing creation/edit dashboard with image/video uploads, drag-and-drop ordering and preview mode.
4. Advanced search module with geo-location and multi-criteria filtering.
5. Admin console covering listing moderation, user management, subscription/featured-listing controls and reporting.
6. Payment gateway hook-ups for premium listing packages and spotlight ads.
7. Complete source code, database schema and deployment scripts (Docker/Kubernetes welcome).
8. Basic documentation plus a walkthrough call on setup and future extensibility.

Acceptance criteria: the portal must let a new visitor register, post a property and see it appear in public search within one seamless flow; admin must be able to suspend or feature that same listing in real time; site speed passes Google Lighthouse best-practice thresholds.
