Magento 2.4.3 P1 Speed Enhancement

I need a Magento specialist to work on my website's loading speed. Specifically:
Work to do
- Optimisation: This includes optimising the overall performance of my site to enhance user experience and conversion rates. It is approx 3 days of optimisation. That brings the site to GTMETRIX B level.
a. Do code optimisation, CURRENT GTMetrix is performance F, worst (modules does not work)
b. Then add Varnis and Redis
c. Add cloudflare
• Website Loading Speed: At present it takes 1-2 seconds for my website to load which I want to improve on.
• Page Focus: The loading speed issues seem to be affecting all essential pages of the website, including the home page, product pages, and the checkout process.
The ideal freelancer for this job would be experienced in Magento 2.4.3 P1 with a track record of speed optimization projects. The freelancer would need to be proficient in server performance and database optimization techniques to achieve the desired results.
