MVC Website Maintenance with Umbraco, Vendr, authorize.net

I'm seeking a proficient web developer to maintain my company website built on MVC framework. The site utilizes Umbraco CMS, Vendr e-commerce platform, has checkout integration with authorize.net, and integration with out custom SOAP service. Ideally it would be long-term maintenance based on the current needs for fixes and updates. Right now we need a solution to eliminate or reduce duplicate checkout transactions sent to authorize.net. We also need to update Umbraco.

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with MVC framework and Umbraco CMS.
- Proficient in working with Vendr and familiar with SOAP interfaces.
