MSSQL db to shopify

We have a MSSQL database where there is a list of items that needs to exported:
- created if it does not exists
- updated if it exists
- made not visible if it has been flagged on the MSSQL db

Also, there should be a shchedular which the user will choose from at which interval the synchronisation will happen.
