Make real estate promotional videos
I need to make videos to promote the properties I have to offer.
My goal is to do similar to this:

Characteristics:
• I will provide set of photos (attached is a sample of 15 photos)
• Total video must be around 45-90 seconds in total length, which can be the sum of several segments (depending upon the amount of photos provided- you can use “capcut” software or similar)
• Must incorporate AI, so for example in photos of apartments that are empty, that furniture or similar is incorporated (as the video example)
• Videos must be of high quality, “Hollywood” type, elegant
• Luxury modern house, cinematic drone shot, golden sunset lighting, ultra realistic, 4K, smooth camera movement, real estate advertisement style: incorporate concepts as “cinematic”; “real estate”, “drone shot”, “luxury”
• Vertical format must be the deliverable video, maybe photos provided may contain some horizontal, but output needs to be vertical video
• Must include “original audio” feature, meaning that it is a music that I can put my voice describing the property making it “original”
• Once delivering the final video, there must be an instance to make final adjustments (such as “remove that chair”, or similar)
Maybe you can use software such as Hailuo or similar of your choice (Pika?), but deliverable must be a videos in .mov to be editable in iphone.
The quotation needed by the freelancer are “per video total”. I plan to to at least do 6 videos per month.
Freelancer must provide samples of similar works done to evaluate experience and creativity
