3. Looks at who has booked and scheduled the room use on the day
4. Looks at who is in the room at any given time
5. Look at the temperature of the pipes carrying the heat from the boiler
6. Looks at the temperature of the pipes coming back into the boiler using a energy meter calculates the money that is being spent heating the room
7. Monitors the time the boiler is turned on and also the people in the building. This constantly uses AI (artificial intelligence) and an algorithm to adjust the energy usage of the boiler for the maximum comfort and maximum energy savings:
