Looking for a Solana && Rust Expert

Hi, Freelancers.
We're looking an Expert who can write a Smart Contract for Solana to support our gaming vision as follows.
- In frontend, Users are capable to create their own game rooms, and compete for their SPL tokens.
- Rooms only last as long as is set in duration, and can be closed down by Account Owner at all times.
- On the end of the duration, the user with most points wins the amount deposited in treasury.
Room - (A Structure that contains)
duration, entry fee, treasury, players[]
Each room's its unique ID, and when duration completes, it is shut down and removed from the Rooms[].
We need Simple UI to create rooms, enter an open room, and upon the end of the duration - the treasury is distributed.
You should use React.js for Frontend.
Display all open rooms currently, with "Join" button.
