Looking for a PHP developer with experience in development of APIs and Website development -- 2

We have a project already developed with a web admin panel for an App (Winzy) and APIs coded which when hit via a http call return response in JSON format. We are facing issues logging in on the web panel as well as enabling the APIs. So your job would be to access the existing code base and make the necessary changes to enable the web admin panel as well the APIs. And a few new features as attached in the document.

Also you would have to work on adding new APIs if required. Any additional queries would be resolved via chat or a call.
