London Structural Engineering Leads
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m looking for someone based in or very close to London who can devote roughly six focused hours each week to opening doors for my structural engineering practice. The core of the job is simple: find construction-sector prospects that genuinely need structural input, warm them up by email, qualify their interest, and book them in for a call with me.
Here’s how the workflow will run: you’ll start by researching the construction market to spot developers, main contractors, architects, and anyone else likely to commission structural design. Once you’ve identified a target, you’ll reach out by email—our preferred channel—highlighting clear service benefits that distinguish us from their current engineer. When a prospect replies, confirm that (a) a live project exists and (b) they are willing to consider a new consultant. Verified leads then come straight to me for the technical conversation. I’ll rely on you to keep light, professional follow-ups rolling so nothing slips through the cracks and I can close the project.
I issue an invoice template every Friday; you submit your hours and lead notes, I pay the agreed fixed fee the same day. All outreach content and a short crib sheet on our services are ready for you—feel free to refine the wording as you learn what resonates.
Deliverables each week
• A concise report of prospects researched and emailed
• Contact details and qualification notes for each verified lead
• Calendar invitations for every booked call or meeting
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re comfortable hunting for opportunities, writing crisp persuasive emails, and working independently without daily hand-holding. Previous success in B2B lead generation or sales is essential; knowledge of the London construction scene will make you invaluable. Let’s start turning those prospects into loyal clients.
