Logo Vectorization & Photoshop Enhancements

I have an existing logo that currently only lives in a JPEG file. I need it professionally redrawn as a clean, fully-scalable vector (AI, SVG and EPS) at a very large artboard size of 18,000 × 18,000 px so it can be printed at any scale without loss of quality.
All work must be done in CMYK for printing

Alongside the vector work, I also need a quick Photoshop pass:
• Re-create a background that matches the original look, colour and texture.
• Remove the current text.
• Remove the current Orthotic
Add the new othorthic in place of the current one and adjust to colours from yellow to pink.

Please make sure the final vector matches the original colours and proportions exactly, with crisp paths and no stray points. For the Photoshop file, supply a layered PSD so I can toggle the new text and background independently, plus a transparent PNG preview.

Deliverables:
1. AI, SVG and EPS versions of the redrawn logo at 18k × 18k px.
2. Layered PSD with rebuilt background, text removed, and “orthotic” added.
3. High-res PNG export for quick reference.
