Live Voice Changer during call
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a lightweight utility for Windows 10 that listens to my physical microphone, applies live voice transformation, and exposes itself as a system-wide virtual microphone so I can select it in Zoom, WhatsApp Desktop, and any other conferencing software that recognises standard audio devices.
Two ready-made presets are essential:
• a neutral male voice with a clear American accent
• a natural-sounding female voice
While I’m on a call I have to be able to switch between these two instantly—either through a global hot-key or a tiny always-on-top panel. Low latency is critical; any delay longer than normal conversation round-trip will make the tool unusable.
I’m fine with you building the signal chain in C++ or C# using WASAPI, Core Audio, or any comparable library, and a virtual audio driver layer (e.g., AVStream, VB-Cable-style approach) so the device appears in Windows’ Sound settings. As long as the installer handles driver signing and the app runs without admin rights after installation, I’m happy.
Deliverables I expect:

2. Source code with build instructions
3. Simple UI for preset switching and level monitoring
4. Quick start guide so I can test it immediately
