Legal advise to file a lawsuit to dispute the credit card transaction in USA - bank denied
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for help with dealing with this situation:
I paid $3500 camping fee for burning man festival
the camp promised to provide and didn't deliver:
electricity - wasn't working
air conditioning in tents - wasn't working because no electricity
showers - wasn't working
running water - none
drinking water - was not provided the whole time, same with the ice
high quality food - was really cheap
top shelf alcohol - very cheap
interactivity programs - very few of original list
the worst thing is the management didn't even apologized
the camp had about 100 people
if needed I can contact other people for proof and join the case/lawsuit
the bank said because I stayed there for the whole time, the transaction is valid, but I stayed there for the festival I didn't have other options
also I heard that burning man camps are suppose to stay non-profit, this camp collected total around $350k and expenses seems @150k at most, it seems they really profit from it a lot
