Laravel Templates and Dashboard project

Hi,
We are looking to hire intermediate to advanced Laravel developer to design a combined 1) basic website (about us, pricing, services, etc) website - fully responsive along with 2) either creating or providing templates for dashboard approximated based on approved designs. Looking for those focused on basic html structure at launch with iteration over time.

Must be willing to assist via teamviewer or zoom for any issues with launch and updates ongoing.
