Laravel Developer Needed for IDX Integration and Responsive UI Development.

Seeking an experienced Laravel developer to complete a project focused on IDX integration (MLS Grid compliant) and responsive UI development.
The project will follow an Agile methodology with clearly defined milestones and working to the attached build sequence (See file).
1: Review existing IDX structure and provide analysis (SQL attached).
2: Set up access to MLS Grid; estimate time and requirements to complete SQL.
3: Through Agile collaboration, develop client-side search UI, deliverable testing.
4: Create two responsive search results presentations optimized for various screen sizes; Thumbnail / brief description and Pin Point Map Display, All Photos, Full Description with toggle between views; and deliver to test functionality.
5: Build a client-side property public upload feature, differentiating between IDX and public postings, using existing schema; Includes address Geo-coding (Geo-code API Existing); deliver for testing
6: Perform full functional testing of all components.
