Job Request – Creation of Parametric Revit Families
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I currently have several elements modeled in Revit that are configured as imported symbols. I need them to be rebuilt as native Revit families, fully parametric and editable, maintaining their dimensions, volumes, and construction details.
Scope of Work
Convert imported elements into native Revit families.
Functional parameterization, including:
Height, width, and depth.
Assignable materials.
Visibility control by detail level.
Correct category assignment (Furniture, Casework, Specialty Equipment, etc.).
Clean modeling, without unnecessary geometry.
Must be created in Revit 2023.
Final delivery in .rfa format.
Reference Example
Furniture piece such as a bar cabinet (as shown in the attached example).
Deliverables
Optimized parametric families ready to use in projects.
Fully tested parameters in 3D, plan, and section views.

I can provide the current files and technical references if needed.
I am looking for someone with proven experience developing professional Revit families.
