Experienced Islamic Tutor with Arabic Skills for (Strong English Required)

Project Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and ethical Islamic tutor to provide comprehensive religious and academic education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Islamic studies, experience teaching children, and the ability to deliver lessons in a structured and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Islamic principles, values, and history appropriate minimum for a 12-year-old

Provide support with general educational curriculum (math, science, language arts, etc.)

Teach Arabic language or support Arabic learning (preferred)

Conduct all lessons and communications in English; strong English communication skills are essential

Prepare lesson plans and educational materials tailored to the student’s needs

Foster a positive, respectful, and ethical learning environment

Requirements:

Proven experience teaching Islamic studies to children

Knowledge of general educational curriculum for middle school level

Proficiency in Arabic and ability to teach Arabic (preferred)

Excellent command of spoken and written English

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

High ethical standards and professionalism

Ability to commit to 3 to 5 hours of teaching per day, 5 days a week (2 days off)

Additional Information:

All sessions will be conducted online

Flexibility in scheduling is a plus
