Ionic/Angular expert required urgently

I have many issues, and I want to fix one first and check your ability by it.
It's ionic android app.
The problem is variable change in ts file not affected in html file.
it's very simple.
just boolean variable (true, false) toggle doesn't toggle menu.
You need to work on anydesk.
