Invisible Fence VFX for Cow Video

I have a short clip of a cow roaming a paddock and I want to illustrate how an invisible, GPS-style boundary works. Please composite a clearly defined yet moderate-strength virtual fence that stretches across the paddock. Think of a faint glow or subtle dotted line—visible enough for viewers to notice, yet not so bold that it looks like a physical wire.

Whenever the cow pivots away from the boundary, I’d like a playful burst of musical-note icons to rise briefly above her head to suggest an audio alert. The notes should be readable on a phone screen but still feel like a natural overlay rather than a sticker.

The finished piece needs to match the source resolution and frame rate, and I’d like both the final rendered file and the project file (After Effects, Premiere, or similar) so I can tweak timing later if needed.
