I am building a new line of international tour offerings and need a detail-oriented trip planner who can take the idea all the way from concept to bookable product. The core of each package must include:
• end-to-end flight bookings (economy and optional upgrades)
• carefully vetted accommodation arrangements that balance comfort and value
• a day-by-day sightseeing program with confirmed local guides
For launch, I want the first set of itineraries tailored to family vacations—think child-friendly schedules, optional adjoining rooms, and activities where all ages stay engaged.
Here’s how I’d like to work:
1. You research and propose three destination ideas across different regions.
2. Once we agree, you draft full itineraries, airline options, hotel short-lists, and estimated per-person pricing.
3. After my approval, you prepare final, client-ready PDFs plus a spreadsheet that itemises every cost component so my sales team can quote confidently.
