Integrate WhatsApp Link in Snapchat Ad

I want to create an ad on Snapchat that directs users to a WhatsApp contact page. I've created several pages for this purpose, such as Link in Bio, but they are all getting rejected when I try to send them to you.

Each one shows an error saying "Ad cannot be activated." I will attach a screenshot below of the error.
