Industrial Floor Plan CAD or Revit Drafting

I need a complete CAD or Revit floor plan created from scratch for a new industrial facility. The drawing has to organize 6 core zones—production, office, and storage—while also incorporating meeting rooms and staff break rooms so that circulation between the factory floor and the administrative areas makes sense.

Once we start, I will provide overall building dimensions plus any key equipment footprints. From those, you will prepare a clean, accurately scaled AutoCAD file, layered and annotated so it is ready for later fire-safety, MEP, and permitting work. Line-weights, dimensions, and room labels must be tidy and professional.

Deliverables
• One fully dimensioned, layered AutoCAD (.dwg) or Revit floor plan
• Matching PDF plot (A1 size) for quick review

I will check the plan against the room list above and the overall footprint; a round of minor tweaks to room sizes or circulation is included. Please share a sample of similar industrial layouts you have produced and let me know your turnaround time for the first draft.
