Indiana Stamped Residential Architectural Drawings for Garage Addition
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a skilled architect who is authorized to stamp residential architecture drawings in Indiana, USA. I need these drawings for a residential property designed in traditional architecture style. The details should include:
- Site Plans
- Floor Plans
- Elevation Drawings
- Construction Plans
- Framing Details
- Foundation Plans
The ideal candidate for this job should not only possess comprehensive experience in residential architecture design, but also stay well-versed in traditional style architecture. Additionally, they must be licensed in the state of Indiana to legally approve and stamp the architectural plans.
I have attached some work and pictures that have already been completed and can be used as a guide. If possible I would like an option of a trench/earth formed monolithic poured foundation.
Also I would like traditional framing and not the use of trusses for the upper floor/roof and to have the wall and floor framing reevaluated for the proper support.
This will be the second addition to this house. On the attachment titled Addition Layout the first addition is in red and the one for this project in blue with 5 feet of clearance to the back corner of the addition and the property line.
