InDesign Monthly Print Newspaper & InDesign Monthly Print NewsLetter

I am currently doing a monthly print newspaper and a monthly newsletter. This will be every month for the next 12 months. I am currently going to review bids and your previous reviews so that I can select the right person. I run a local newspaper in Chicago and therefore you will not be submitting content. You will only design the newspaper and newsletter, and place my articles into the design. I have attached the design that my wife created. She uses InDesign. You will only assist her with the design until we fill you can complete it alone.
