ISO Consultant for Systems Development
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
Job Title: ISO Compliance & Systems Development Consultant (QA, WHS, Environmental)
Location: Canberra, ACT (Hybrid/Flexible)
Contract: Short-term Contract | Immediate Start Preferred

We have WHS, QA, and Environmental systems in place and are now working to align them with ISO standards to ensure ongoing compliance, quality, and sustainability across our operations.
The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced consultant to review, assess, and help develop our existing management systems to align with the following ISO standards:
ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
Key Responsibilities:
Review and assess current QA, WHS, and Environmental systems
Conduct a formal gap analysis against relevant ISO standards
Provide a clear action plan to achieve ISO alignment
Assist in updating documentation, workflows, and policies
Support staff education and implementation where required
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 implementations
Strong understanding of construction industry compliance and risk management
Ability to audit, document gaps, and propose practical improvements
Clear, structured communication style with attention to detail
Relevant qualifications in WHS, QA, or Environmental Management (preferred)
