Design Concept- 1 Level Minimalists 1960 style H configuration home , with light entering all parts of the building with indoor out door living.
Use external skylights located in the Eves at 4 sides of building to make Winter living available.
The Roof line uses a Lower 5 degree roof line which ramps up to a Cathedral - Vaulted ceiling at 45 Degrees with sky lights creating an atrium effect in the center of the tall ceiling.
Must have a passionate interest in Architecture and American Mid Century Modernistic design would be a help.
Materials Tilt stone Schist - Red Wood 200mm or 8" weather board - Shingle Asphalt tiles- Low roof tar grit membrane.
Must work within a budget .
Must have a sense of humor and be open to direction .
