Hiring a LiquidSoap developer to build a perpetual video streaming server that switches sources

So what i'm doing is attempting to send an RTMP video feed with liquid soap. Liq watches one feed, we'll call it "Main Source" and if that "Main Source" goes down/disconnects, it will play a backup video.mp4 or similar to that RTMP destination
