Help with error or Opencart Journal 3

Our website does not load anymore. Looks like in a loop. Might be a cache issue.

Do not know what caused this issue but we have done something kind on the same day (copy a script to):
1. dashboard->system->settings->custom CSS field (we have deleted the field, still does not start)
2. dashboard->journal->system->settings->custom code->custom CSS
3. dashboard->journal->system->settings->custom code->custom code header

This was the script:

Was deleted from all those fields but the front side does not want to start.

We can just reinstall the backup but we rather fix the issue as we added some new products on the website and we do not want to lose them.
