Help fix AWS AMI sysprep windows server 2022 problem

When I sysprep an AWS VM with the EC2 launch tools software, each time I launch a new instance from the AMI, it creates an admin user with the host name appended to the user’s home directory. I need each new instance to have the same “Administrator” home directory without the unique hostname.

Please see screenshot to see what I’m trying to avoid. This must be a simple fix but I can’t find it.
