Help Group Report PDF Formatting

I have a 50-page Microsoft Word document that showcases the activities of our Help Group. The draft already contains both text and photos, yet the layout feels uneven—some images dominate an entire page while others sit awkwardly at half-size. I need the entire report professionally reformatted and exported as a clean, print-ready PDF.

Photo guidelines
• Use a combination approach: keep a consistent fixed dimension where possible, while still letting certain images flex just enough to suit the surrounding text.
• Standard target size is roughly a quarter page per photo, unless a brief adjustment is required to balance the flow.
• Place text above and below each image; no text wrapping.

General layout
• Uniform margins, fonts, and heading hierarchy for all 50 pages.
• Balanced white space so the narrative reads smoothly without sudden visual jumps.
• High-resolution images embedded at optimal compression to keep file size reasonable yet crisp when printed.

Deliverables
1. Final, press-quality PDF.
2. Updated Word (or InDesign/Canva) source file reflecting the new layout, so future edits are straightforward.
