Hardware engineer with some experience in battery management

I am looking for a hardware engineer who has got some experience in battery management. The charging curve can be handled mostly in software, but some experience in using ADCs to measure the charge level and logic to limit the current will help.
He should be able to design a microcontroller based board for monitoring bettery as well as raw power and switch to battery when raw power is bad.
