Hair Product Provisional Patent Filing

I have developed a novel concept for a hair-care formulation and I’m ready to secure early protection in India with a provisional patent. I need a patent professional who can guide the project from the very first draft through to successful electronic filing at the Indian Patent Office.
The concept is still at the ideation stage, so I’m looking for someone who can help translate laboratory notes, functional claims and preliminary sketches into a clear, defensible provisional specification. This includes shaping the narrative so it captures the inventive step, preparing accurate chemical or process descriptions, and advising on any supporting drawings that could strengthen the application.
Once the document is polished, I want you to handle the formalities and e-filing—completing all mandatory Indian forms, generating the application number and providing the official filing receipt so I can mark the priority date with confidence.
Deliverables
• Draft provisional specification with claims, abstract and drawings (DOC & PDF)
• Completed Forms 1, 2, 3, 5 and any additional annexures required for e-filing
• Final filed package with IPO acknowledgement and application number
Acceptance criteria
• Claims and description align with Indian Patent Act requirements
• No formal objections from the IPO at filing stage (acknowledgement issued)
• All source files and proofs of submission delivered to me within the agreed timeline
