In the Google Form into Google Sheets, I have a tab for preliminary findings that need to be auto-filled with the new entry as a new tab, then output to a PDF and emailed to assigned email accounts. I also need to sort out 8 violations for the management maintenance team to complete, which need to be output in a simple email with the unit # on the subject line and a list of those specific violations in the body.
