Google Inbox Email Logger & Responder Script

I'm in need of a small script that checks a specific folder in my Google inbox. This script should do two things:
1. Extract email addresses from the checked folder and add them to a predefined Google worksheet.
2. Reply to the original email with a short, pre-defined message.

This script needs to be able to run on a regular basis, ideally once every hour.

I have a script that I thought would work, but it only functioned once before it stopped. I will attach this script for your review.

I would like to complete this project as soon as possible, as I have other similar projects lined up. Thank you!

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in Google Apps Script
- Experience with automating Google Workspace tasks
- Previous work with Google Sheets and Gmail integration
- Ability to debug and improve existing scripts
