Gerber file for a simple electronic product

I am looking for an experienced freelance engineer to create a Gerber file for a simple electronic product. The product should feature a PCB and a board size not exceeding 100mm x 100mm. It should also be designed with a high degree of accuracy, precision, and attention to detail. The engineer must have a thorough knowledge of the various board materials available, as well as the design techniques and practices needed to create a product that meets all requirements.
