Fusion 360 Belt Buckle CAD/CAM

I have a single-page PDF of a custom belt buckle and need that flat artwork translated into a fully parametric Fusion 360 model, then taken all the way through to a collision-free CAM program I can run on my three-axis mill in PathFinder (not Mach3).

Here is what matters to me while you work:

• The overall size and silhouette, every decorative element’s position and proportion, plus all thickness and depth values must match the PDF once I provide final numbers.
• The clasp mechanism is functional, so its geometry and clearances have to be spot-on.
• I’d like you to build the model by direct image tracing inside Fusion 360; that is my preferred workflow because it keeps the design tightly linked to the original art.

When the geometry is done, move straight into the Manufacture workspace. Roughing, finishing and any pencil or parallel passes should simulate cleanly with no cutter crashes. I’ll be cutting brass, but your strategy should remain valid for other non-ferrous alloys.

Deliverables
• One Fusion 360 .f3d file containing the fully parametric model and an organized feature timeline
• A populated CAM setup inside that same file with all operations verified in simulation
• Post-processed G-code ready for PathFinder (if you normally post for Mach3 or another controller, let me know and we can adjust)
