Fullstack Dev Start up

We are a startup in online-jobs space, right now we are looking for a programmer (full-stack) for a new design of our website, with the following features:
- A website simple but profesional
- Modern design target audience between 20-40 years
- Frontend (Mainpage, Post a Job, Login, Sign-up, Client public profile, Translate in Spanish, English, German..)
- Backend(MEN, JWT, RSS, Fetch api with jobs)
- Priority the selected Framework must be extremely fast, and lightweight
- Some options could be Frontend:
Vuejs+ Bootstrap+ Vuetify
React+ Bootstrap
Vanilla Javascript
Ruby and Rails
Desirable Skills: Ideally full stack dev, frameworks (react, vuejs, ruby and rails,vanilla), SEO optimization, api's, smart contracts,payments stripe, crypto, metamask. We are looking too for people who are committed, eager to undertake, and with long-term work .
