Workflow:
For buyer:
Buyer buys mining product from seller (Coal mine)
Buyer transfers funds.
Buyer selects logistics company
Buyer receives product.
Buyer pays logistics fee

For Logistics company:
Logistics company(LC) registers trucks.
LC submits necessary documents to transport authority (TA)
TA approves or denies trucks.
LC accepts Buyers, and transfer products.
LC receives payment from Buyer.

For Truck owners(TO):
TO submit all information about truck.
TA approves truck.
TO submits truck to LC
LC approves and lists truck ready.
TO chooses drivers,(HRM system with payroll)

For Truck Drivers(TD):
There will be section to truck drivers to register. (Like human resource classifieds.)
Truck drivers will send CV to Truck owner companies.
TD can track his job reports and salary.

For Mining company(MC):
MC will announce tenders to buyers
Buyers submit application
MC chooses buyer
Buyer sends fee

For authority:
Approve deny trucks according to regulation
Set freight order
Monitor payment and freight and customs.

Can develop on your previous built systems. No individual will be allowed. Only Team or company.
