Full-Stack Developer for AI Video Ad SaaS MVP

I’m looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build the MVP version of a SaaS that generates short video ads using AI.
This tool will allow users to upload a product image or enter a prompt → the system generates a 15–30 second UGC-style video ad with captions, voiceover, and basic transitions.
This is an MVP project with limited budget, but I plan to scale the SaaS rapidly as users grow. I’m looking for a developer who wants a long-term relationship — as the platform grows, I will increase investment and continue adding new features.
