Project Description: Document Processing & Barcode Lookup System
Objective: Develop a complete system that processes large Excel files, builds a searchable database, and enables barcode-based lookup via a mobile-friendly web interface.

1. Desktop Application – Excel Merge & Database Creation
Task:
• Process between 15-30 Excel files, each containing around 120,000 rows and 35 columns.
• Extract and retain only 3 specific columns: TrackingNumber, LRN, and BOX.
• Merge all data into a single SQLite database.
• The application must run on Windows as a standalone executable (.exe) without requiring internet access.
Requirements:
• Efficient handling of large datasets.
• Error handling and logging.
• Simple launch process (e.g., double-click to run).

2. Backend Server – Web-Based Database Upload & API
Task:
• Host the generated SQLite database on a company domain via a secure web interface.
Implement:
• Admin login (username + password).
• Database upload via HTML form.
• API endpoints for barcode lookup.
Requirements:
• Secure access (login protection, API key).
• The server must be deployed under the company domain (cPanel environment).
• Admin dashboard with stats (record count, file size, column names).

3. Mobile-Friendly Web App – QR & Barcode Scanner
Task:
• Build a mobile-optimized web application that scans QR codes and barcodes.
• Send scanned codes to the backend server for lookup.
• The code may appear in any of the 3 columns (TrackingNumber, LRN, BOX).
• If found, return the full row of data.
Requirements:
• Clean, modern, intuitive design.
• Compatible with Android and iPhone.
• Fast and easy to use (e.g., one-tap “Scan” button).
• Manual code entry option.
Technical Notes
• Technology stack is flexible (Python, PHP, Node.js, etc.).
• SQLite database format.
• Desktop app must work offline.
• Web components must be deployed under a company domain with cPanel.
• API documentation or sample usage required.
Budgeting Guidance
This project includes three tightly connected components:
• Desktop application for Excel merging and database creation
• Backend server with admin panel and API
• Mobile-friendly barcode scanner web app

Only proposals that cover all three components together will be considered.
