Full DigitalOcean-to-AWS Migration

Job ID: 40549827

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need our entire Linux-based application moved from DigitalOcean to Amazon. The move covers both the web server and its accompanying database, and I want the new stack running on EC2 with all object assets stored in S3.

Here is what I expect at hand-over:
• EC2 instance(s) configured to mirror current web-server behaviour, HTTPS enabled, security groups properly scoped
• Database cloned, migrated and fully operational (you may choose RDS or an EC2-hosted engine—whichever meets performance parity)
• Static assets synced to S3 with correct permissions and an automated sync or deployment pipeline put in place
• DNS updated and cut-over executed with minimal downtime; a rollback plan documented
• Verification that application, APIs and background tasks work exactly as they do now

Acceptance criteria
– Application loads from the new AWS endpoints without errors
– Database read/write operations succeed under load testing
– S3 links serve assets correctly through CloudFront or direct URL
– Monitoring and basic backup routines are enabled

You will receive current server SSH access and a complete schema dump the moment we start. Let me know your preferred migration tooling (rsync, AWS CLI, Terraform, etc.) and an estimated timeline for each milestone so we can keep the switch seamless for users.
