We are looking for an experienced freelancer or professional engineering team to provide a complete design package for a warehouse and workshop building project.
The selected freelancer/team must be capable of handling all disciplines from concept design to construction/shop drawings.

* Site layout (if required)
* Floor plans
* Elevations
* Sections
* Roof plan
* Internal space planning for warehouse and workshop
* Door/window schedules
* Finishing details
* Furniture detailing and drawings with MTO
2. Structural / Civil Engineering
* Foundation design
* Structural framing plans
* Steel or reinforced concrete structure design
* Columns, beams, slabs, footings
* Structural calculations
* Reinforcement detailing
* Bar bending schedules (cut and bend quantities)
* Material takeoff
3. Mechanical / Workshop Requirements
* Equipment layout planning

* Crane / hoist support design (if required)
* Compressed air / utility routing (if required)
