Front end design for discussion forum , bootstrap / Laravel platform

I am looking for an experienced and talented Front end Designer for the development of a discussion forum based on the Bootstrap / Laravel platform. The desired Front end design should be user-friendly with automated features, offering a sophisticated look and feel. The focus should be on interface design, theming, layout, and responsive design. No branding is necessary, and I have not specified a desired device on which the design should be made.
