Field Ops Coordination & Reporting
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need someone who can stay on top of our on-ground teams, keep the CRM updated in real time, and send me a clear performance snapshot every evening. Your day will revolve around monitoring task completion, answering quick questions from field staff, and making sure data entered in the CRM stays clean and consistent. By close of business, you’ll turn that information into a concise daily report that highlights productivity, issues, and any support the crew needs for the next shift.
You may occasionally liaise with site leads to verify details, but the core of the role is remote coordination and fast, accurate reporting. If you already use project-management or data-analysis tools, that’s a plus—just make sure the CRM remains your single source of truth.
Deliverables
• Live updates inside the CRM throughout the workday
• One end-of-day report (PDF or spreadsheet) sent by 7 p.m. local time, seven days a week
Accuracy, speed, and proactive communication are the success markers for this role.
