Female Recruiter for B2B IT Sales Company HQ in Pune
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I am looking for a seasoned female recruiter who can focus purely on candidate sourcing for senior-level sales executives in the IT hardware space. My priority is to reach professionals who already sell B2B hardware to corporate or channel partners across India’s Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.
You will work mainly through LinkedIn and mainstream job portals; in addition, I will hand over a curated database of target companies and individuals to accelerate the search. Your task is to engage these prospects, gauge their interest, and pass on the strongest profiles to me.
Ideal candidates you surface must demonstrate a solid record in B2B sales within Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets. Familiarity with routers, switches, servers, storage and similar hardware lines is a plus, but the non-negotiable is proven quota-carrying success in these geographies.
Deliverables I expect:
• A weekly shortlist of vetted, interested sales executives with updated résumés and contact details
• Brief notes on each conversation so I can understand motivation, salary expectations, and notice period
