I am in the middle of applying for a Central FSSAI licence and now need to prepare the mandatory “Statement of Ingredients and Additives” covering Food Categories 13.3 to 13.6 (health supplements and related nutraceutical formats).
My current paperwork is only partial: some raw-material specs and a draft ingredient list are ready, but key gaps remain. I need an FSSAI-savvy professional to:
• check each ingredient against the latest Food Safety and Standards (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, etc.) Regulations,
• verify additive limits and any category-specific restrictions,
• shape the information so it fits FoSCoS format, and
• advise on the exact labelling language so that the final statement slides straight into the Central Licence application without queries.
