Export Product Database from Wix (via cPanel) to CSV for Migration

We are looking for a skilled freelancer with experience in MySQL database management to export the complete product catalog from our clients website (built on Wix but hosted with cPanel access). The product data is stored in a MySQL database.

There are approximately 1,000 products, each with one or more variants. We require a CSV export of the product database, including full variant mapping, which will then be migrated into a new system (Supabase).

Responsibilities

- Access the website hosting environment via cPanel (phpMyAdmin/MySQL).
- Identify and export all relevant product tables, ensuring variants and related data are captured.
- Export product data in a clean CSV format, ready for import into Supabase.
- Ensure the following fields are included where available:
- Product name, SKU, description
- Categories/tags
- Variant details (size, color, etc.)
- Pricing
- Image URLs (no need to download actual images)

Any custom fields or attributes

Provide a data mapping reference (e.g., which tables map to products, variants, categories).

Ensure data integrity (no missing records, correct product-to-variant relationships).

Requirements

Proven experience with cPanel, MySQL (phpMyAdmin), and data export.
Previous experience exporting product databases for eCommerce or CMS platforms.
Familiarity with CSV formatting for imports into new systems (Supabase knowledge a plus).
Strong attention to detail.
Deliverables
CSV export of all products, variants, and related fields.
Documentation of database structure and table mapping.
