Influencer Outreach Specialist (US/UK Markets) – Beauty & Hair We are looking for a high-level Freelance Social Media Specialist to scale our brand’s growth in the US and UK markets. Your mission is to manage the full "Product Seeding" cycle on Instagram and TikTok: from strategic sourcing of micro-influencers to securing partnerships in exchange for free products and affiliate collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Identify high-alignment micro-influencers (5k–50k followers) on Instagram and TikTok within the hair and beauty niche.
Smart Outreach: Manage initial contact via DM, ensuring a personalized and professional tone.
Relationship Management: Negotiate partnerships based on a "Product for Post" model and set up affiliate tracking.
CRM Tracking: Maintain a clear Google Sheet to track activity, responses, and shipping info.
Technical Compliance & Autonomy
Platform Limits: You must have expert knowledge of Instagram and TikTok’s daily/hourly DM limits to ensure account safety.
Self-Management: We are looking for someone who can operate in total autonomy. While I remain fully available for questions or support, I expect you to lead the process from A to Z.
Requirements
Language: Native-level English (written). You must communicate with the elegance of a premium brand.
Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the US and UK influencer ecosystems.
Experience: Previous success in influencer marketing or "Appointment Setting" is a significant advantage.
