Experienced QuickBooks Accountant Needed

I run a growing business that now generates enough transactions to keep me fully occupied, so I’m ready to hand the books to a professional. Day-to-day you’ll take ownership of all accounting functions in QuickBooks, from coding every transaction to closing each month. Bank reconciliations are the reconciliation priority and must be completed promptly so that cash positions stay accurate.

Each month I will rely on you to produce a clean Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement, along with any supporting schedules you use to get there. You’ll also process payables, receivables, and payroll, monitor budgets against actuals, and keep our records perfectly audit-ready for taxes.

If you are organised, detail-focused, and comfortable communicating findings or questions in plain English, let’s talk. QuickBooks expertise and solid Excel skills are essential; everything else—process improvements, automation ideas, or best-practice advice—you’re welcome to bring to the table.
